Sandy Row, south Belfast
Sandy Row War Memorial is located at the northern end of Sandy Row opposite its junction with Wellwood Street..
The only information on this memorial is from the brass plate below it.
The text is ; -

FOR  GOD AND ULSTER
1912
ULSTER VOLUNTEER FORCE
SOUTH BELFAST BATTALION
TRAINED IN THE ADJOINING BREWERY YARD
THESE  STONES
ARE KEPT IN REMEMBRANCE
“LESS WE FORGET.” 

(‘For God and Ulster’ was the motto of the Ulster Volunteer Force.)
